I had an A/C problem, called Old Republic and talked to a Customer Care Agent. She gave me the contractor’s name and phone number and said he would contact me. The Customer Care Agent was very polite, detailed, very helpful, and easy to deal with. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the contractor and had my appointment scheduled for the NEXT Day. The technician arrived well within the time frame. He was polite, listened to my problem and was very careful with and respectful of the property. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem in a very short time. Thank you very much for a job well done.
