The Customer Care Agent was very polite, detailed, very helpful, and easy to deal with. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the contractor and had my appointment scheduled for the NEXT Day. The technician arrived well within the time frame. He was polite, listened to my problem and was very careful with and respectful of the property.
