I just wanted to say that anyone thinking of getting a home warranty should get it. I, for the most part, think that even with minor repairs one should break even, considering how much the Plan costs versus how much it saves you on service. If you have a big repair, you save even more. The best part though is the convenience of it all. Not having to find a contractor yourself is so convenient. All you have to do is type in the issue, and they send someone out. I wish my car and homeowner’s insurance were this easy to work with.

I called the Authorization Department twice just to get the same customer service rep. He remembered not only who we were but also what our problem was. He is so polite and has the best attitude toward his job. He jumped right in to help us again.
