I was very impressed with the experience I had recently with ORHP. I had a problem with my air conditioner and called your company. The lady I spoke to was very helpful. She immediately assigned a work order and told me that someone would contact me shortly. About an hour later, I received a call and was asked when I would be available so they could schedule a service appointment. The gentleman that came was super helpful and extremely competent at his job. In about 30 minutes, he figured out the problem and told me my thermostat was defective. Unfortunately, he needed to order a replacement. Since I needed the A/C right away, he installed my old thermostat to get me by for a few days until the replacement was available. Thank you for a good experience.
