It is nice to find a company that stands by its commitments! We have been in our home for three years and have renewed the home warranty each year. The very reasonable Trade Call Fee makes ORHP our first stop for anything that comes up. During a recent cold Thanksgiving, our heat pump stopped running. ORHP sent a Service Provider the next day and replaced the entire unit within five business days of the first call. That is outstanding service and we appreciate it!
