My wife and I have had our Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP) home warranty coverage for about 19 years. All of these years, ORHP has come to our rescue with reliable and timely service. Their representatives have always been responsive, courteous, and focused on customer satisfaction. When our washing machine did not start, I contacted ORHP. The service representative listened to my problem and the trouble-shooting checks that I performed. The rep then promptly initiated a work order. The repairman arrived the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective switch assembly and easily replaced it. The repairman was courteous and professional. My ORHP home warranty has been well worth the money spent on premiums over the years. Thank you for a job well done! We hope to be protected by you for as long as we own our home.

Last night, I went to the ORHP website and requested new service for a broken air conditioner. I received a text at 7:30 AM from a Service Provider for a same-day appointment between 10 AM -12 PM. He called just before 10:00 AM to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in 45 minutes. I am so happy with every aspect of this service call!!
