This testimonial is about Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP), and specifically about one of your customer service agents. I requested service on my furnace and wanted a specific contractor. The person I spoke to helped me rearrange the work order. After I received my new Service Request Dispatch Confirmation, I thought that was the end of it. However, in a few minutes I received a phone call. It was the customer service representative calling to find out if I received the information and whether I was satisfied with what had happened. Not only was I satisfied but I was pleasantly surprised that a company in the 21st century encourages its staff members to follow up with customers "after-the-fact" to find out if everything is okay. As far as I am concerned, it is service like this that will lead me to renew my home warranty with ORHP.
