My air conditioning unit broke down, and it was 94°F in the house. I reported this to Old Republic at 10:30 p.m. At 8:00 a.m., the phone rang. It was the service contractor. Within an hour, he was at my home fixing my air conditioner. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He replaced the motor, compressor, and capacitor, and he installed a new thermostat. I couldn't be more pleased. This is not the first time they helped me in a time of need. I had plumbing work taken care of and appliances fixed. Way to go Old Republic! Thank you!
