Our air conditioner quit working, and when I first called for service, the A/C technician said he could not respond right away. I called ORHP again and spoke with the Customer Care Agent who gave a sensitive and quick response. She assured me she would get someone quicker. The service company showed up by 10 AM next day and had us up and running quickly.
