My A/C unit broke, and when the work order was scheduled, the earliest a technician could come out was in five days. With my house at 90 degrees during the day, I was very unhappy. I called Old Republic back and was given an option to cancel the existing work order and gamble on another, possibly prolonging the repair even further. The Supervisor contacted me and had already taken care of scheduling a new work order for a first appointment in the morning! I have never had people so eager, happy, and willing to help me, especially in an over-the-phone situation. My three-year-old and I are very happy, and we plan on renewing our Old Republic Home Warranty Plan for the next year.
