What a blessing it turned out to be! Who would have known our water heater was going to go out? The coverage paid for itself that first year! We signed up again. Please thank Kim who works in the Authorization Department for going above and beyond "awesomeness." I couldn't believe how kind and understanding she was. That is almost a lost trait in customer service today. Even though she wasn't able to change the circumstances, I knew she was sincerely concerned. I went from cancelling my policy to upgrading!
