I purchased my home in March 2011. I also purchased an Old Republic Home Warranty, and let me tell you how THANKFUL I am! I unfortunately had to use it numerous times over the last year. But thankfully, I had the warranty! The warranty literally paid for itself with the first call on the pool pump, which had to be completely replaced. I was so happy with my home warranty that I renewed it last month. Within a month of renewing, I already made another call!
