We've had an ORHP home warranty since it came with our home purchase in 2010. That first year, we replaced the water heater. Total cost to us? $100 trade call fee. In 2011-2012, we had the front panel on our oven replaced and our clothes dryer fixed. Total cost to us? So little I forgot what it was… But the coup de grace to the thought that I was still considering dropping our coverage came just last night at around 9:15 p.m. I heard what sounded like a pipe burst… I called ORHP, [and] around 9:35 p.m., I received a call from a plumber who arranged a "priority appointment" for the next morning. In an emergency, when I didn't even have the mental wherewithal to just go flip the valve on my water heater, having one phone number to call and all the logistics and planning taken care of was AMAZING. Having now experienced what ORHP service provides in a crisis, I've dropped the idea of dropping my coverage. Thanks for your service and the peace of mind it brings!
