I appreciate the excellent service I receive from Old Republic. We have had an OR warranty on our home since we first bought it a few years ago, and we renew the policy each year. I have always had great experience with your company. Just this week I submitted a request for service on-line for a leaking garbage disposal. The contractor called and set up the same day appointment. The contractor gave me a two-hour window for arrival. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the garbage disposal with a brand new one all in about 30 minutes. This experience reminds me why I choose Old Republic every year, and I will continue to do so.

I want to thank Old Republic for the service that has been provided to my wife and me over the past three weeks. First, we had a problem with a pool motor. Then a hot water tank required replacement, and finally, there was a leak in both feeder lines going to our kitchen sink. All three of these problems were repaired quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of hassle. Plus, I received phone calls from OR staff apprising me of problems and inquiring if the work was done. So, thank you very much for the response and repairs. Your service has been well worth the price. My wife and I are so pleased that we are going to add two rental houses to your service.

Unfortunately, I had to use your service for our failing water heater last month. Your customer service agents are by far the best I have ever dealt with. They are understanding, calming and genuinely caring.
