I cannot sing your praises enough! My REALTOR® highly recommended Old Republic Home Warranty. First, my air conditioner went a little wacky, and so it needed to be serviced, part of which was covered and part of which was not, and it was explained to me why. Then, the thermostat went out, which was covered with no objection. Then, the whole A/C unit went out, and a new unit had to be approved, ordered, and installed. The whole process went seamlessly without a gripe from Old Republic Home Protection. Then, right before the holidays, my double oven went out. I thought all this could never happen in less than six months to one home. But after a few calls and with the Service Department’s and service tech’s help, I got my new oven. Thankfully, I think the house has settled down, and I hope there will be nothing further going on with it.
