My wife and I had an excellent experience with your company, which we wanted to share. In June, when my wife was 40 weeks pregnant, our air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave. We placed a service request online and were assigned a company later that morning, but the service provider would not have been able to fix the A/C for about a week. After we called Old Republic Home Protection and explained the situation, we were assigned a new service provider who resolved the problem the next day. Both the outstanding customer service from your company and the terrific response from the service provider will result in us renewing our home warranty when it expires next year. Thank you for your assistance. Our son arrived four days later; having a comfortable environment at home for those four days (and when we got back from the hospital) made a huge difference.

I would like to compliment you and the service provider for your excellent service. When we returned home after a trip, the weather was extremely hot, and we found that an A/C unit had failed.
