Our air conditioning unit failed, and I immediately placed a service request. The service technician arrived during the hottest time of the day, nearly 114°F. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. After testing the unit, he had to enter our attic to find the problem. He did this without concern for the extreme heat and quickly located the problem and fixed it. The technician consulted with me along the way, describing the problem and solution. Despite the heat, he was pleasant and very thorough. I would like to send our appreciation to the service provider for its high quality of service technicians and to Old Republic Home Protection for getting the job done in such an efficient manner.

We are in the second year of our new home and our second year with an Old Republic Home Warranty. We have only made a few service requests, but the most recent one was just as the hot (hot!) season was descending on North Florida. The air handler went out on the first floor, then the same thing happened on the second floor within a couple weeks. Old Republic Home Protection sent out reliable technicians, and thank goodness the problems were corrected. I want to commend the technician for the service provided above and beyond the call of duty. He competently diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts, and expertly installed them, staying late to ensure completion. He did his jobs right the first time. Hope we don’t need HVAC service for a long time, but if and when we do, this service provider is the only guy I want working on our systems. Thanks to all for our cool home.

Last night at about 12:30 a.m., our A/C went out. We live in Las Vegas, so being without an A/C unit isn’t fun. I went online and filled out a service request to have it fixed. At 7:40 a.m. this morning, I received a call from an HVAC company telling me they would be out between 8 and 12. They arrived around 9 a.m. and had the A/C fixed within minutes. I have been with Old Republic Home Protection for two years now, and they always seem to be on top of it and have made sure that service is done quickly.
