I wanted to let you know about the great customer service I received from your company. When my cook top exploded, your representative was sincerely concerned about the safety of everyone in our home, and she sent a serviceman the next day. The serviceman was informative, prompt, personable, and helpful. He explained the process and assured us that we had purchased a good Home Warranty Plan and that Old Republic Home Protection would take care of us without a hassle. That was nice to hear from a third party. Your company was prompt in contacting me to let me know that it would take up to two days to get a resolution because of the complex nature of the service request. I was contacted the very next day and given two options to resolve my problem. The customer service rep on the phone was again sincere, helpful, and friendly.
